How to switch to Realtime

If you're subscribed to both Insights and Realtime services, you can switch from Insights to the Realtime dashboard by simply clicking the REAL TIME item from the main menu.

It will open a new tab with the Realtime dashboard on BRANDNAME.smartocto.com.

Please note that you have to be a registered user in both dashboards, with the same email address.
