The first page that you will see once you enter the smartocto insights tool is the Overview page. It has been developed with an intention to provide you with valuable information about how your content has been performing over the past week.
The smartocto Insights Overview page provides a summary of your readers' interaction with your content over the last seven days.
It consists of two components: 7 days insights and Smartocto insights.
7 days insights
At the top of the Overview page, the main carousel of metrics will be displayed. It will provide you with the total number of: Visitors, Article Reads, Social Actions, Attention Time, Page Depth and New Articles for the past 7 days.
The small coloured percentages indicate if there is a trend of growth (green) or decline (red) in numbers in the last 7 days, compared to the results from the 7 days prior to those 7 days.

Smartocto insights
The next function of the Overview page is to present you with insights in the form of conclusions regarding your content performance over the previous 7 days. Here you can expect to find information such as:
- Which Authors, Sections or Topics have High (green coloured) or Low (red coloured) Efficiency
- Trends regarding performance growth (green coloured) or decline (red coloured)
- Strikethrough trends that have reversed in the meantime and are no longer active
- The emergence of Reborn or Everlasting articles (see more information on Longtail articles here)
