How frequent is the data in the Insights application updated
The data in the application of smartocto Insights is updated during the day on hourly base. This means you can ask smartocto insights during the day what the best performing stories are on terms of readership or type of visitors.
The calculation of the Exposure CPI, Loyalty CPI, Engagement CPI and General CPI is executed over night according to the timezone of your website. This only applies on the Article Perspective. When inspecting the data in Traffic perspective, the data is calculated at the moment you look at it.
